1 – Sale and discounted items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
2- We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.
3- Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.
4- Only defective or wrong-received items can be returned for exchange.
5- The item must be unused/ unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased.
6- All shipping costs of returned items will be borne by us.
7- Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “the designs are not suitable for me”, or “the colors are different from the website” will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.
